I Stay regular at the DoubleTree hilton Glasgow straithclyde with work commitments and would like to highlight an outstanding customer experience by staff member Lynne-S who has been exceptional in her help going above and beyond and her lovely polite and friendly manor. I highly recommend a stay here.

I had the pleasure of being served by Lynne-s during my recent visit, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, Lynne was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right time and making excellent recommendations from the menu. Check in was swift and efficient. Room was adequate and clean but clearly in need of a refurb. No air con, cracked tiles in bathroom etc. Lynne S gave exceptional service for my evening meal, kind and polite with a welcoming attitude, amusing and respectful, a true credit to the team. The fish and chips was beautifully cooked. All in all a great visit and I would return.
