Fab service, the staff were magnificent, the gentleman with thr amazing moustache was top tier. Everything was great. My only issue was the seats provided for the conference were uncomfortable to be sitting on for long periods of time. As much as there was more padded seats next to the window they were not near where the presentations were being held. But I understand with high volume number of people attending its not always an option

The best part about this hotel is the location. Our room did not have any conditioner in the bottle in our shower, only one elevator was working, and housekeeping came by and tried to rush us out of the room at 9:30 in the morning. The heating in the room was also set to a very low temperature even though there is a thermostat that you can't actually change. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Malheureusement malgré une chambre spacieuse et bien équipée plus bonne literie une nuit avec très peu de sommeil car chambre au premier étage en simple vitrage très très passante et très bruyante toute la nuit.
