Our stay here was just perfect. Best hotel in the last 100. Head and shoulders above the “5 star” we stayed at in Taupo. And yes, Ben in the bar was great, as another reviewer said.
Very Rude staff especially the Asian women who works at night she literally threw my cookies at me when I asked for a cookie honestly never staying at this hotel again as a Honors Gold Member I did not feel appreciated. The double tree downtown is way better be careful before you book here
Loved this hotel just a quick overnight stay on our way to Northern railway trip
