I've only been a member for a couple months and Dort and I was able to transfer credit cards and refinance my car swiftly, dropping my interest by 7% and save me money every month...Thank you, Dort Federal.
Called 3 times just now. No answer, just kept ringing. Also the tellers aren't trained well. Got charged extra money from my Chase because the teller told me the wrong information. *EDIT* Got a call from someone a couple minutes after this and had my issues fixed as well as a full explanation of what the teller lacked in details. I'm satisfied now, thank you!

I gave two stars because of wait time. I have waited over 10 min for a response in the drive up more than a few times
They take good care of me I have no complaints good place to be a member of!!!
I love dort federal. I always get loans when I need them, they have refunded me accidental overdraft fees many times. Been a loyal customer for about 8 years!
