I am currently at the Davison road branch have been waiting for an hour with two people in front of me to see someone about my account they are calling a customer back every 45 minutes this is crazy I will be closing my account and staying with just Elga!
Hopefully your card doesn't get declined on a weekend after 12pm for no reason. If so you are totally screwed until Monday at 9 when the office opens.

Dont ever do an auto loan thru dort fedral. They dont know thier own policys. And can never find paperwork. I am past due on my loan because i was lies to about refund disbursement. And lied to on modifications was told to make a payment abd file paper work and there would be no problem. Well because i was not told it had to be submitted immediatly it as a result was denied. They take forever such slow service. Always putting a hold on my large check even tho I have enough money in my bank to check cover it. Old lady out in davison couldn't be anymore rude. Go with Chase Bank
