I really love Dort Federal. They are so willing I work with you and always provide great service to their members.
Once I started being charged to use dort federals atm my review of them has changed. I'm a member but I have to pay to use the atm as well...that makes no sense.
Worst customer service out of any bank I've ever belong to waited 20 minutes at the window no help. Press the call button three times finally sent the canister up to be told I'll be right with you to wait another 10 minutes. Not very busy.have never been impressed with this credit union.
I love my credit union. They are courteous and helpful.
I am a 27 year member and after 6 transaction at a atm you want me to pay you .75cents? I think not. No longer will be taking my business to them
