They have poor customer service at the main branch on Davison Rd. At least twice out of each Month my account gets messed up. The receptionist is so rude and so are the workers. I am in the process of leaving this Credit Union and finding a new place to bank with. A place that actually values their customers.
Dort federal has done alot for me and my family so glad to be in the dort family love this bank!!!!!!
I have been a member of the credit for many years. Initially it was great, but over the years the customer experience is just simply awful. I love the app and the website, sadly I absolutely dread going to a branch office. I have tried to explain these concerns on many occasions to Vicki Hawkins but sadly they seem to fall on deaf ears. The main branch on Davison rd has the slowest possible service ever!! Inside or drive thru with one car ahead of me i always have at least at 15+ minute wait!! Only have maybe 1-2 people working and its the MAIN BRANCH!!!!
I've been with Dort Federal when i work at Plastics Research in 1999 and i'm very happy with all the members service staff. Very fiendly people
