How is it okay for you to automatically take my money when I swipe my card for debit but somehow reimburse the money then days later take it out again FOR GOOD yet you manage to overdraft my account every single time you do this? I’m not the only one this happens to either
RecommendedI’ve had accounts with Dort Federal my entire life and have nothing but good things to say. The customer service is wonderful and they do a lot of great things in the community with sponsorships/donations/scholarships along with free movie & hockey tickets once a year to the members! They value their members and it shows.
Why is it that when I leave voice-mail messages and send e-mails to Lee Rhoads that he never responds? I seriously doubt that my wife and I have done something to offend him.
40 yrs of great business !! No problems EVER. If you belong to a bank " GET OVER TO DORT FEDERAL. "" When they get the 3 new branches done they will have 10 BRANCHES. God bless... I've also recruited 10-15 ppl. And my family of 10-12 are all members also.
Dort federal fraud prevention is top notch! Knowing my spending habbits, they found I Had some weird charges, turned out to be fraud. They resolved it as quickly as it could have been. Service was great and it felt like they really cared about my situation. They did everything they could to make sure this was as painless as possible. Thank you Dort Federal!
If you’re call volume is such that you need to schedule callback times hours later, PERHAPS YOU ARE UNDERSTAFFED.
I will no longer recommend Dort Federal to anybody due to their loan departments slow , inconsiderate and uncaring service. It took the loan department over 4 business days to even look at my application for a very small personal loan and another 24 hours to give me an adverse answer after I left numerous messages for a loan representative to call me back with some type of input as to the status of my loan request and their reply was that there's nothing they can do about it.
