Friendly customer service and Cost savings. Not thrilled about new set-up in Lapeer which limits the interaction.

Locally owned and operated financial institution, that gives back to the community as well as the individuals.
I do NOT recommend Dort Federal because significant amounts of money go missing from the account while no transactions occur and nothing pending. Makes no sense. Then about 24/48 hours later the money is simply back into the account with no explanation. And if this throws you into overdraft you still have to pay the fee yourself. You have to get permission to deposit money into your own account via ATM for the first time but they don't tell you that, the ATM just acts like something is wrong. I’ve been banking here for almost 20 years and I’ve never had a issue that didn’t get resolved within a couple days. I fully intend to bank here and no where else for the rest of my life.
They are wiling to work with me on anything I need!,It’s great customer service and if I am out of town and need something taken care they go above and beyond!I Love how they treat me!♥️
They have nice service representatives, but prepared to hear different things from different employees. For a simple banking verification I spent over 3 hours on the phone. Banking with them is not worth the hassle.
Karen who is part of management from member services flat out lied to me. Not going to details, but I will be getting in contact with someone higher up regarding this manner.
