RecommendedA few days before Thanksgiving my debit card was compromised/hacked but thanks to Dort fraud protection alert, my account wasn’t charge and the old card was closed. So the next day, I went to the branch on Hill Road which is about a mile from my home to get a new card. Who knew that unlimited possibilities awaited. My insurance company attempted to process an autopay out of my Dort account even though it was supposed to go to a different account. Dort reversed the resulting NSF fee, but when my insurance company attempted to process the payment again (even though I had removed my Dort account information from the insurance company’s billing section and scheduled a manual payment out of my other account), Dort refused to reverse the new NSF fee that was a result of an unauthorized transaction. Went through the drive thru at the Davison branch today. Sharonda was the teller. She was so so bubbly and pleasant! Great personality and very helpful!
my husband and I was trying to buy a car couple weeks ago and we got denied for the most stupidest reason because "insufficient cash flow" which we do not get since my husband makes 21$ an hour plus overtime how is that insufficient. we have been very dissapointed with dort for the past couple of times. we have been members for the past 9 years and never ever had any problems until this year. first we tried getting a mortgage and got denied because of a dilenquent credit that had been paid for back in 2016!!! and now this. i... read more

They will not honor their promotion of 90 days no payment on a new auto loan I just got because their worker was “overworked” and failed to mention the promotion to me. I’ve been a member here for over 40 years and this is how they are going to treat me. Looks like it might be time to start pulling my stuff out of Dort.

Awful customer service!!!
Went to pay off our credit card, and was told that we owed $50 more than what our balance was showing on the app, with no new transactions or charges since June. Inaccurate apps, poor customer service, and systems that failed multiple times and left us without use of our debit cards are all of the reasons we've stopped using Dort.
