never had any issues with Dort and have done my banking with them for over 10 years. However, they need to replace their IT department as their online banking is constantly down as of late. it is very frustrating that I can barely get on to check my banking especially paying my bills.
Dort, online banking down again!
Been with Dort for 8 years and have never had a problem. Their EFT banking technique online is unique how it shows the pending charge, falls off for a day then hits your account on the day after, but as long as you keep track of your transactions, you’ll be fine. Quickbooks accounting software and keep my accounts in order that way as opposed to the old pen and paper. Don’t let these other reviews and one stars sway your decision. If you read the fine print and ask the right questions, the bank will take care of you.
Everything for your financial needs
I have savings and checking accounts and my home financed through Chase. When I needed a loan to buy a car they turned me down, but Dort Federal has approved me not once but twice now! Thanks Dort Federal you are a lifesaver, I am rebuilding my credit due to health problems that lead to job loss. I couldnt have done it without you!

too hard to make online loan payments. it should have taken 2-3minutes, now i have to take time out of my work day and wait for them to open to be able to make a loan payment. such a waste of time
