Improve your customer service. Very disrespected. I will be taking my money elsewhere. I get people have bad day but this is ridiculous.
Absolutely worst Credit Union to deal with over the phone. I've never been so disrespected by staff at a bank in my life.

In the past 10 days we have had THREE terrible experiences with Dort Federal. I am very anxious to move the business account to another financial institution. We tried calling to resolve the first issue (to which we did not receive the return phone call we were promised). The 2nd issue was the 15 minutes it now takes to basically use an ATM machine at a drive through service at their Davison location (to which we now have to still get out of our vehicle for anything beyond ATM function anyway). I’ve never really had a problem accept when another credit union I wasn’t a member of gave me a lower interest rate on an auto loan.
Dort federal is a horrible credit union. They charge for everything including the use of their OWN ATM. I would never recommend this bank. I recommend ELGA CREDIT UNION!
