Excellent, professional experience. Brandon was fantastic. He was thorough and personable. He explained all of his findings to us in a very clear manner, showing us pictures that were marked up with circles and arrows on his iPad. He differentiated between major and minor findings and discussed the potential paths for remediation of every finding, no matter how small. Absolutely recommend!

I recommend Donofrio & Associates for Home Inspection. Our inspector showed up on time, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable of his inspection of the property. Answered all our questions.
