Was very happy with the inspection process and the inspector. Very detailed but not an alarmist, answered questions well and seemed very knowledgeable.
We are in the process of purchasing our home which we have been renting for 4 years. I scheduled a home inspection to make sure there weren't any hidden issues, thinking I knew all there was to know.
