We were given very little notice about a pre drywall walk through for our new home. We decided that having a home inspector would be wise for a new build. I emailed Donofrio & Associates on the weekend and they got back to me immediately. On just a few days notice they were available to accommodate us with a home inspector. The inspector was on time, extremely thorough, and professional. The report was emailed to me that very same evening. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your help!

Our Realtor suggested Donofrio & Associates to us when buying our first home ever this month, and we are so happy with their services. The inspector was incredibly polite and very friendly. He was timely, and gave us a plethora of wonderful advice for different things we can do to our home (using certain air filters to prolong the life of our HVAC, etc). We will certainly be suggesting them to anyone we know who has need of their services going forward!
