Had a great experience with Paul this past weekend. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Patiently went through each part of the inspection and then the report submitted afterwards with photos was prompt and well done. Helped us with figuring out who to direct our questions to for potential repairs.
I had a tight time line for my inspection and they were able to fit me in. Paul was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that I could understand. I was very impressed with quality of their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They showed up early, checked EVERYTHING! Listened to what I had to say (which is A LOT!), and did a thorough and complete walk-through and test of systems, even explained how the HVAC, humidifier, and electronic air cleaner works and how to replace filters (even the builder didn't know some of this in our walk-through with them!). Use them! You will be happy you did and you can thank me later :)
