The office and the inspector were both very responsive throughout two different inspections. Chuck was VERY knowledgeable on all aspects of the home's features and made several suggestions of items to mention to the seller. Also, the report came quickly and was super detailed! Highly recommend
Just had a pre-dry wall inspection with Donofrio's own Chris Miller. He did an awesome job! Showed up early, pointed out some issues as well as noted some things he was happy to see. As a restorer of old and historic homes I find the services of Ed Donafrio and Donafrio and Associates absolutely necessary . They are a valuable resource whether confirming a structural issue or offering potential a solution. I would not begin work without having Ed or someone in his team completing am inspection.
Tiffany was so great. She came recommended by my realtors. She was very thorough and we were able to be there with her and my realtors and we did the addendum on the spot. She showed me how to maintain my house too! Such a great value and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 stars!
