The inspections took a good five hours, and the gentleman who helped us, Matt, was extremely thorough both in his examination of the home and in his explainations to us of what he found. We used them to inspect our first home in the area, and now our second! And if we ever sell our second home, we will use them for our third home in the area, if we choose to stay in the area.

Thank you, John, for an easy and so very professional inspection! To begin with, they provided several dates and times to choose from making it convenient to work around our family’s schedule. Once the inspector was at the house he explained the process and went on his way. He was completely thorough! After which, he clearly went over each item he found which needed our attention. The easiest inspection I’ve ever had on a home. Thank you~ I’ll recommend you to everyone!
