RecommendedI called Donmar Hearing and Cooling at 9am on a Saturday (the first day of a multiple day heatwave).They had someone out to me in less than an hour! Luckily the repair was just a loose wire, but they were honest about it and only charged the minimum repair cost (hundreds and hundreds less than I was prepared for). Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone and everyone I can!!
A human answers the phone at 7:30 in the evening. In addition to email and text confirmations of your appointment, and a pre-pic of your tech, when they say he will show up at 7A, does he? Oh, no- he shows up at 6:52! He came in and checked not just the problem, but everything else that could possibly need to be checked, explained everything to me- yes really. Problem fixed in less than half an hour. Life is so much better when you call the right people!
Donmar was able to give us an appointment the next day. Pov did a great job and was very thorough.
Took advantage of a Groupon opportunity to have A/C checked and tuned up. Loved that Donmar sent email with Sean's photo and a reminder text about the appointment. Service was efficient, clean, clearly explained and non-dramatic. Low pressure offer of annual service agreement made sense. If all service work is like this one, what a pleasure.
I have had Donmar for my HVAC service for many years. I have always been very satisfied with their service. I always ask for Pov P. as the technician for my service and he is an expert! I always know he will be honest and efficient and I can trust him and the company to keep my system in great shape. Highly recommend Donmar!
I would have given Donmar a 5 had they been able to come out on Friday evening when the system died. That said, Mark gets five stars. He was here within two hours of my call, swiftly identified the two problems and fixed them. He was considerate, helpful and obviously capable. The perfect tradesman.
Sean did a great job. Fixed a couple of things on a 20 plus year system. Helping me live in borrowed time. That’s a good company!
