I think, Jorge and DonMar HVAC Company did an excellent job in repairing and servicing my HVAC system.
They are timely and professional. I do like their confirmation for the appointment which includes a picture of the technician who will call. The tech, Jorge was knowledgeable, polite and performed the required tasks with care and preciseness. I am somewhat conversant with HVAC and felt very confident that he was being responsible and not trying to upsell me. I also liked that he put on shoe coverings before entering the house. Our old system was on its way out. Donmar Heating & Cooling had great reviews and gave us a good price. Edgar and team mate came out early and did a thorough job from start to finish. Clean-up was outstanding, too. Edgar was very knowledgeable and explained the system functionality in its entirety. Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend this company to anyone.
Sean from Donmar came early and diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time. Nice guy who told me what was going on throughout the process including the cost. Called at 8 am and Sean was here by Noon.
Very cordial and knowledgeable technicians. My A/C stopped working. They came out assessed it and had it all replaced within the week. Highly recommend their service.
It was Monday after a hot weekend and all the HVAC companies were very busy. But Donmar said they could get someone out to us within a few hours. And they did. They sent me an e-mail when Pov P. was dispatched and then a text with his picture when he was close. Pov was friendly and positive, explained exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, and did so quickly. No muss, no fuss, a completely pleasant experience!
