Caught in the early dog days of summer and my AC stopped working. Donmar Heating and Cooling were the most responsive of all the companies that we reached out to help with our problem. First time using Donmar. Was an FH Furr customer for about 15 years. Easy to make a weekend appointment for AC check/maintenance. Excellent contact via two methods to ensure I was reminded of appointment time/date and then when technician was going to arrive. Jorge was very professional, polite and thoroughly explained options on additional service needs. Really great experience and I plan to be doing business with this company for years to come.
I'm sold on this company. The technician was great.
I had ac issues - low freon - and needed ac help urgently. Donmar sent out Mark who arrived right on time. After a thorough review, he thoroughly explained what was needed, why, and made recommendations.....including explaining to me why freon was SO EXPENSIVE! He was kind and respectful. He even changed the air filters for me without my requesting (I had the filters at the house). I will likely need a new unit in the next year or two and would absolutely request he complete the work.
This is the second time I have used Donmar for my air conditioning servicing, and on both occasions Rapheal P. has done a great job in diagnosing and presenting the different options for repair and also suggestions to upgrade the systems. He was on time, completed the work with good customer service. Highly recommended.
Donmar Heating was used twice in circumstances of emergency and both times quality work was performed and no extra fees were charged.

He arrived in a very timely manner, he took his time making sure everything in his inspection was done correctly, and he was very knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand.
