RecommendedWe just had our first service from Donmar. Mark D diagnosed the problem correctly and immediately -- the capacitor failed, explained how it works in the electrical system, replaced the capacitor, and quickly got the air conditioner working. Mark was polite, low-keyed, and efficient, so we bought the maintenance contract as well.
We have worked with Donmar for many years. They work around our busy schedule. Sean was very knowledgable and courteous. He took his time to make sure I understood the situation. Very happy with his work! Will use again in the future.
Both Jorge & Javier were very helpful, knowledgeable & courteous... of course, replacing an entire AC/heating unit is expensive (mine was almost 20 years old) but Jorge presented options in a clear and straightforward manner, and the new unit was fully installed 10 days later with no further difficulty. They will service the new unit twice during the first year, and so far I'm very happy with their work!
We've been using Donmar for many years and have been pleased with the service and responsiveness. Mark D has visited us many times, as he did today. It is a pleasure dealing with Mark, and even when the "news" is that repairs are required, his mannerisms take some of the sting out of the dollars required. I have been fortunate to have had DonMar taking care of our equipment for a long time -- first in a 2 A/C family home and then downsizing to a villa. All the techs who have serviced the heat and hvac inspections over the years have been friendly, polite and efficient.
