I have been using Donmar for nearly 15 years. What I appreciate is the highly qualified, friendly and non high pressure technicians. My feelings were reinforced today with a visit by Sean for my spring checkup. He did a great job, found a minor issue, presented possible solutions and then let me decide if any action was needed. No pressure. This way of doing business along with quality work has made me a long term Donmar customer.
Donmar installed two units in our home a few years ago and have been excellent in their maintenance. The technicians, especially Pov Pea, take their time to ensure we understand how the features work and changed the filters for us. Really great company!
Excellent service. Communication was superb - let me know when they were coming, explained problem, discussed options with zero pressure. Fixed problem promptly and efficiently. Jorge was outstanding!
Donmar has serviced our two units since 1992 and has consistently done an outstanding job. We feel lucky to have had Mark D for most of those years. He always does a great job and arrives on time. One of Donmar's outstanding characteristics is they always respond quickly if we have an emergency.
Donmar has proven to be an excellent choice to provide heating and air conditioning service. We have been in our home for 18 years and have used Donmar every year. They not only provide great service but we have found them to be extremely competitively priced. I would recommend them highly.
We've been using Donmar since they went in business and we are still with them! They are great at service and installing new equipment! And, they always explain the issue, how they are going to fix it, and what we should do--if anything.
Best customer service anywhere! I've used this company for at least 15 years if not longer. Service is always prompt, the technicians are well-trained and friendly, and they really watch out for the customer. Case in point: my AC went out overnight. Today is supposed to be the hottest day of the year (upper 90's). I left a message at 6:30am, got a return call at 7am, and by 9:30am, my AC was fixed. Excellent doesn't even begin to describe Donmar!
