RecommendedToday I am thankful for Donmar and especially Jorge our technician. Our heat had a system malfunction on the day before Thanksgiving. Donmar came out the same day, discovered the motor needed to be replaced (thankfully under warranty) left to go get the part returned and fixed it all before the holiday. Every time we have had a problem over the years Donmar consistently delivers quick, professional, courteous service. I highly recommend.
We found this company on Groupon and we’ve continued to use it ever since. We signed an annual agreement with them last year. We’ve had the same technician,Sean, come to our house. We've used Donmar for our HVAC systems for the past six years and, in fact, have had Mark as the tech for almost every appointment. He is outstanding. On time, efficient and knowledgeable. While I don't think Donmar is the cheapest in town, they provide timely, excellent service and don't seem focused on upsetting you additional parts. Strongly recommend this firm.
