We had them out for an emergency visit in December. Our heat was not turning on. Turns out we had a faulty fuse. Problem was fixed and everything was double checked over. He tried to sell us on a maintenance plan multiple times and we turned him down multiple times. He left and everything was fine. Fast forward about 4 months later, our ac was not turning on. We did speak with Ms Pribish today. Our technician on 12/26/20 made a low voltage wire repair on her furnace which restored the heat function. He had to cut out a section of wire that was damaged and re splice all together. The other company technician that followed stated that we intentionally left a wire pushed to the side- this technician would have no way of knowing the intention part, or why he would say that without any factual evidence. They service roof top ACs and not everyone does. They recently researched a problem and then once things were pulled apart, realized the problem wasn’t as bad as initially thought. The downward adjustment to the estimate was greatly appreciated as was their honesty and professionalism
