RecommendedWe received service the same day we called them. We were notified several times as to the expected time of arrival with a photo of the technician. He arrived and checked out our problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The cost of the service call was reasonable. We really appreciated the prompt service.
I am always apprehensive when calling HVAC co's from prior experience. My system had stopped cooling, and its 100 degrees outside....not a good situation to be in if someone wants to over-quote their services. Kien attended the appointment.....I called around midday, and was offered a same day appointment. Kien quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed he. Don mar service tech Kien is outstanding. He immediately diagnosed our heat pump problem, spent nearly four hours in 100 degree heat to get us back with air conditioning and we are thoroughly pleased with the results. The rep and and his apprentice were timely and proceeded to check entire system replaced condenser which was only 1 year old. Proceeded to inform me system was okay and see me in 1 Year Jorge is very knowledable.
Shawn, was informative and knows his business. He provided repair options along with the pros and cons of the service options. Professional,and Excellent work was performed on the repairs.

Donmar has excellent service and highly trained technicians who always do a good job servicing my AC and heating units .
I found this company in 2019 Loudoun County Best Pick Report. I called them this morning and had an appointment this afternoon. The technician showed up on time-early within the 3 hour window. My husband, who is knowledgeable about our current heat & a/c with heat pump system, was impressed with the technician’s knowledge. We are discussing a new system as ours is at least 15 years old. I will review again when we receive our estimate-hoping to receive it quickly.

The Tech sent was very knowledgeable about the A/C heating unit and diagnosed the problem in minutes. The unit blew a fuse and then blew another fuse and he took the time to look for all possible reasons for this. I was very happy with this company and especially the tech. Would definitely this company!
