Making the appointment was easy. The service technician came out exactly when the company said he would. The company sent his picture to me ahead of time so I knew who was coming, as a security measure- that was neat, I’ve never seen that before. Most importantly, Pov P. came in, diagnosed the problem with HVAC, fixed it in about 2 hours- loved him and his amazing service!!!! I know nothing about HVAC systems and he explained A LOT to me.
