Dog Groomer...Find Another – I'm sorry, but I read all of the "great" reviews and I'm not sure if we're talking about the same place. I took my pup there for his first grooming. I thought he looked "just okay" when I picked him up. Of course, because it was the first time, I didn't know any better. Clean, friendly and a great value – I just discovered this place a few months ago and have to admit that I LOVE this place. It's clean, the employees always greet me with a smile, the price is right and the service is excellent. Quite frankly, I couldn't believe how much they do for my VERY large (and tough to groom) dog...and all at a price that's right. I most certainly recommend these guys highly.
Getting a little silly – I just went to post a review on this site for a resteraunt that I went to last night. Since my account on here keeps a log on everything I have posted I decided to look at my other reviews and see how far down the line they had been bumped. Most of them had not moved. Do your research! – After reading the reviews of the dog and cat spa and considering bringing my cat in to this place then seeing all the unhappy customers and seeing that the employees write good reviews just to make the spa look good, I myself would never bring my pet there....luckily i know about city search and do my research. also after reading the husband of the owner wrights reviews just to make the spa look good I really would not bring my animal to this place.

Unstable business owner – This review isn't for the grooming of dogs and cats, it for the mistreatment of the employees of this unstable owner. She is very abrasive , yells and harrasses her employees to the point of tears. I know a person who had the unpleasant experience of working for this woman. NOTICE THE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND 5 STAR REVIEWS – So, I just wanted to make an observation of the different review on this particular place. All you see are 1stars (obviously from upset customers), and 5stars (from a handful of happy customers--maybe, and definitely THE OWNER or her staff). I took my puppy here and had a so-so experience. It's sad that this business has abused such a helpful service – I felt compelled to write a review both as a 1 (and only 1) time client and in response to the obvious abuse of the city search review system. I brought my cat to the Burnside location and was very disturbed not only of the smell of the facility but also the rudeness of the staff and the quality of the groom. When I came on here (great service by the way) to find another groomer that I felt more comfortable with my husband and I were pretty surprised at the post... read more
