perfect – I just recently boarded my very sick (just out of dove lewis) dog at the dog and cat spa. She needed 7 units of insulin at 7 am and 7 pm. Being that the owner and several of her staff are animal nurses I decided to board my dog there, not completly trusting my regular pet sitter to do this or on time as she is a student and has a busy schedule. Great daycare service – If it wasn't for the fact that I had family visiting for an extended weekend, I never would have thought about using a dog kennel before, but now I'm glad that I did! I had the feeling that with my in-laws visiting, as well as my brother and his kids, our two labs wouldn't be able to take it, so I decided to find a good animal boarding facility. Loyal Customer Insight... part one. – i've been a loyal customer for awhile and i feel as though i need to share a few insights that made me leave this place once and for all. 1. my dogs were not be fed on time. i caught them many times when i came in for a surprise visit. this primarily is in the morning. 7am feeding? nope. try around 10am. especially on weekends. the staff do their best while being yelled at. 2. also my pet was sitting in it's feces and urine till around this time as well. i made a complaint but it was ign... read more
Great service, great care, great prices – I brought my two cats and two greyhounds in for boarding a grooming over the Christmas holidays. The owner and staff we wonderful! They were so polite and so gracious about my huge dogs needing more space than normal dogs. When I have to leave the animals there for additional time, there wasn't any problem at all. Perfect, when your sad. – I just picked up my four Massive dogs from the Dog and Cat spa. They were there for 16 days do to a family illness. I have never boarded them before and a couple of them are pretty old. I was constantly worried about them so I checked on them everyday on there camera system on the Dog and Cat Spas web site. How conforting was that?. There they were, by themselves like I had asked, just mulling around and the to young ones chewing on each other and playiing. Beautiful place – What a great place. Has everything. Good customer service. Very informitive about food and behavior. Dog was clean and tired after daycare. Will by a daycare package next week! Lulu boxer/mix will be so happy. She was able to meet new friends the first day even though she is normally a scaredy cat. They took it slowly and I got to watch her meet her new friends on the web cam! Showed all my friends at work. Lots of attendants in the daycare. Place was very clean. Love the shop cats!!!!!! I apologize – I do apologize if you where not happy with the groom, even though we (store?) (groomer?) gave your dog (name?) two hair cuts to accommodate your needs. I always suggest that if you bring in a photo of a cut you like (especially if you have never been to a groomer) we will do our best to match the pic. I can offer you a full refund for the bath, brush out, nail trim, gland expression, breath freshener and the two cuts we (supposedly) did. One stop shop. – Been going to Sunday's stores for over 3 years now. I have had nothing but satisfaction every time. I feel that they treat my dog as their family. I'm afraid of telling too many people about the new store because I may have to wait an extra day or two to get my furry friend groomed or maybe they may end up being full for boarding like the Webster one is sometimes.
