Perfect place for same day ap – I called for my St Poodle to get in ASAP, now problem. He was done in a couple hours. He looked great and they charged me very little. Thank you Happy Customer
Wow the REAL story – WOW all these reviews seem very black and white! Fake – So against my better judgment I attended the dog and cat spa one more time. Its just so frustrating to see Sunday how fake you truly are. You claim to be all these things and yet I have never seen any certifications posted anywhere? Ugh... you ruined your business for me.. which is very unfortunate. Hopefully one day you will learn to treat people with kindness and fairness but if not... I'm sorry for the people that you come in contact with everyday.
More Clarifications for the Knowledge Challenged – Just to clarify something about what "SandStamps" said: there is not staff actually at the facility 24 hours a day. Dog & Cat Spa is not an animal hospital, nor is it a facility that is open 24 hours a day. There would be no point in having someone there at, say, 3:00 am in the morning. The owner is always available 24 hours a day in case of emergency, and that is what is implied by "on hand." I looked for myself... – Because this facility had so many negitive posts, I looked into it myself. Wolfy is correct, they do NOT have ANYONE on hand 24 hours a day as their website states. Im not sure about any of his other comments, but he was %100 correct about no one being there. Looks to me like the owner is trying to save his butt by posting fake reviews to me and acusing anyone who posts a negitive one as a liar. Poor Service at Burnside Location – We had an appointment to board our dog for 2 weeks over the holidays. The day before we were scheduled to drop him off, he was diagnosed with an intestinal parasite. I called Dog and Cat Spa the morning we were supposed to drop him off to confirm that he could still come in. I was told that he was clear to come in and that they could administer his medication. Excellent customer service and great grooming – I've taken my shitsus there 3 times now and they always have perfect cuts. The girls are very nice and helpful and I can feel very confortable leaving them there even though there is a bunch of dogs there in the same area (large fencing). Lots of staff in cute matching scrubs. Never have to wait and they let me watch the grooming. When the daycare dogs get roudy they calm them down with "please and thank yous". Great place! – My dog has been doing slumber parties for over 3 years here. I think out of the 50 baths she has gotten the nails were missed once, but immediately done the next day with no charge for anything. I have enjoyed all the services for some time and have tried other places but no one seems to beat the price or care. best hair cut ever – Just had my dog groomed at the Milwaukie store by Amber. Was the best hair grooming I have ever had on my toy poodle. My little girl is all white and you can see everything the groomers do. When they brush to hard or are rough with my girl in anyway. Everyone I have taken her so far has some how nicked or burnt my baby. Not a mark on her, I could tell Amber was so gentle.
