My wife and I ate there for the first time. French onion soup was excellent and my car crab cake sandwich was very good. Great atmosphere and we had a superb server.
The atmosphere was great, very cool oldworld tavern feel. Just stopped in for cocktails thinking how could we go wrong but sadley the bartender couldnt make a drink worth a damn. Honestly the worst drinks we have ever had the displeasure of drinking. Couldnt tolerate more than a few sips. Pretty sad considering the bartender had just told someone she had been bartending there for 16 years.
We were at the Dobbin's House Tavern last night, the food was very good I had the crab cakes and my guy had the prime rib , loved the special drinks they served. Our waitress was Heather, she was very good , very attentive to our needs!!
My husband and I have been to Gettysburg many of times, but had never eaten at the Dobbin House. It was nice to see that the house was still laid out as it would have been many years ago. Great food and wonderful service!
Wonderful food and awesome atmosphere. The beverages werewere a10 on scale of to 5. A highlight of our trip to Gettysburg. We highly recommend this wonderful resturant
Not a fan of relish/sweet pickles in potato salad. Other than that, food was good, and the Rum Bellies Vengeance lived up to it's spirit.
