When we were on a recent trip we had an accident which distorted three cargo doors on the drivers side; one of which contained our plumbing connections. I could NOT get the door open even by prying. Unrelated, we then lost dash air conditioning and also our generator so we could not run our house air conditioners. While traveling from Dothan AL to Birmingham the outside temperature was over 100 degrees. The interior coach temperature quickly climbed to 97 degrees. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. From being greeted at the door until driving off the lot, we had a member of the team with us and answering all my questions. And let me tell you, I had a lot! I was extremely appreciative of the techs that attended to us. They were so awesome and made sure I understood and was comfortable operating the various components of my trailer. The overall service my wife and I received was completely perfect.

We purchased a 2020 Grand Design 320MKS on February 7, 2020 from Defuniak . It is now August 6 and we still do not have tags, title or registration. It. Maryland still does not have the correct amount for this process. Our temporary tags expired in May. This has been a nightmare trying to find someone to fix this issue. There have been MULTIPLE calls to Dixie and Maryland. We are really disappointed in the whole process. We were told at the settlement it would be handled and we would not have to worry! 2-1/2 years ago, I inquired of Dixie RV about purchasing a motorhome. They quoted me a price but, when it came down to formalizing the deal, they switched me to what I think was a sales manager, who insisted on a higher price for the exact same vehicle, notwithstanding the emails from them to the contrary. That was fine, I bought the RV elsewhere. However, despite repeated requests, they have continued to send spam/marketing emails and will not stop. We had to bring our new Heartland Prowler in for service at the absolute worst of times: the outbreak of the pandemic. Mary at Dixie was great in keeping us informed along the way. When the Heartland factory shut down; when they reopened, but had problems with their supply chain; and finally with the transportation chain. We picked up our trailer last week and it was sparkling clean and fully powered up so we could do an inventory. The tire pressure was spot on as well!
