We bought our RV from this dealer and was pretty happy with the sales process. From there, it went SOUTH fast. After having the RV for six months we dropped it off for some warranty repairs. We had eight items that needed repair. So we drove the RV 3.5 hours for service. After having the class A RV for over six weeks we took a day off to pick up the RV. When we arrived, 4 out of 8 items still were not fixed. The service department is HORRIBLE and INCOMPETENT but very apologetic. I do NOT recommend this dealership for eithe... read more

Purchased a 2021 Thor Challenger in Feb. it had a few minor issues with wallpaper and a few other things. As requested from the dealership, we made our check list of things to fix and put it in the shop the first time. Upon pick up they had not completed 1/2 the list, the wallpaper is now falling off over half of the unit and the slides would not come out. We have missed and lost money due to this unit being in the shop. We were told it was all resolved and the wallpaper is now worse than ever because they tried to cover up ... read more

Everyone we encountered at Great American RV was super friendly and made us feel right at home in our camper shopping experience. Our sales person, ****** listened to us describing what we were looking for and helped us find exactly what we needed at a steal of a deal that we couldn't say no to.
