Defuniak Springs store. What was supposed to be a simple service turned out to be a nightmare. The day I dropped it off the person at the service desk took my information and the list of things I wanted done. She walked out to my camper with me and wrote down my camper info. She said they'd call me the following week with a quote. This was first thing in the morning so it wasn't busy. Service was not the best, they do not do their jobs. We have been waiting on our camper for over a month now to be done from the shop and they keep telling us another 3-4 weeks before we will have it back. Brought it brand new , never even got to go camping in it yet! Never left the shop!

I am talking about the Memphis TN location. This is a fantastic RV dealer to do business with. I checked prices everywhere and this place beat everyone's deal hands down. ***** is a fantastic salesman, ******* is a great sales manager and always willing to help, and ***** in the finance office is great to talk to. Our purchase process at Great American Superstore was very satisfactory and we love our Jayco Jayco Class C 24B Motorhome. Five Star Rating.
I had a problem with customer service in the past but since the new management especially ***** ******** has come in we had to have some warranty work done. They stayed on top of things and got my AC in and put it on the next day. ***** walked through with us and listened to us for 30 minute.

I am service disabled U.S. Marine and I'm not sure that great American RV staff truly knows what integrity is, and definitely aren't great Americans. It is doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do, even when nobody is watching you. When you tell someone you are going to call them back before the end of the day, you do it. If you tell someone that their coach is going to be there in an hour, then make sure it's there in an hour, or don't tell them that. Tell them the truth not what you think they want to hear.... read more
