June 4th 2021 we traded our 5th wheel for a fleetwood bounder 35k! What a nightmare this has been.Nothing but problems with this motorhome. 2 trips in it and nothing but problems. We decided we would just trade it in for another 5th wheel. we have had it 45 days and they wanted to allow us $72,000 less then what we payed for it. we knew we would take a loss but OMG they must think we are idiots!! The folks at GARV Superstores are amazingly easy to work with. I bought my RV from 700 miles away. They made the trade-in and purchase very easy. They were responsive to my requests and extremely accommodating to my schedule. We loved the final walk-through. Everything from start to finish was very professionally done.

Overall a good experience, good inventory and competitive pricing. Nice people to purchase from. Bob in service is the best. The pre delivery inspections of RV's they receive from manufacturer could be more detail. I would recommend a check sheet. There always seems to problems at or just right after delivery.

WE WERE LOOKING AT RV'S FOR A COUPLE MONTHS. OUR BIGGEST CONCERN WAS BUILD QUALITY AND COVERAGE AFTER PURCHASE. ONCE WE LOOKED AT GRAND DESIGN THERE WAS SIMPLY NO COMPARISON IN OUR PRICE RANGE AND I DONT THINK SPENDING MORE MONEY WOULD HAVE RESULED IN A BETTER PRODUCT.
