Robert gave my wife & I the complete tour of our new Imagine 2600RB & PID. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had to install my WDH and Robert volunteered to help. Ms. Juanita was an amazing ambassador for your company. I have to admit that before I purchased my RV (Poseidon), I heard from several people that your Customer Service relating to repairs was horrible. We bought our toy hauler on March 13th. Y'all had what we wanted and the sales people were excellent. We had a problem with the hot water heater on our 1st camping trip a week after purchasing our camper. We called Great American and the service tech patiently FaceTimed my husband and walked him through to solve the issue saving a great weekend.
