we purchased our RV in May 2019 and the entire experience in Hammond was excellent. Along with our purchase we received the lifetime warranty on our RV. We scheduled our first annual maintenance with Dixie RV in Grand Bay, Al on June the 3rd. I was told they were backed up due to the corona virus and having only one service tech and that it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday, June 9th which I was completely fine with.
