I had a problem with an installation of a slide topper in January of 2018 that was the wrong size. I didn't know it was the wrong size until the topper supports broke and I was at another RV service location told me they could replace the broken bracket but they would not warranty the work because the topper was the wrong size and that tension on the bracket was most likely the cause of the break. The people at Dixie RV who worked with me when I purchased my new motorhome could not have been kinder, more helpful or more professional towards me. Out of the eight motorhomes I have purchased, this has been the best experience hands down. The salesman Rick Kelly that sold me was very professional, new a lot about the coach he was selling, and was not aggressive or pushy. After the sale, Sam and Chris walked me thru the hole coach inside and out, did a great job, had all questions answered on the spot. After I got home with the coach, the next day, I had a couple of questions, called Rick, he was there for me and answered everything.

The Defuniak Springs Florida store was professional, courteous, and customer oriented in meeting our needs in procuring a travel trailer. The sales person went out of his way to meet our needs and was impressive with his knowledge of the RV business. If we decide to trade in our new trailer at a later date we will certainly seek out the same sales representative.
