This was the fastest that I have EVER gotten service done and the camper returned. Haley was tremendously professional and attentive to my needs. I have pulled campers since the early 90's and the service provided by Dixie RV was absolutely the best. This new "quick service" is the best idea since sliced bread!! My camper was only in for 2 days. During that time, Haley kept in touch and updated me on progress. I was totally surprised when she called and said it was ready!! Keep this service going!!! It is the best!!!

I scheduled an appointment to perform the annual maintenance for the Warranty Forever program. Alex signed me in as soon as I got there and the camper was ready within a couple of hours.

Bob and his service Team in Defuniak Springs Florida do a superb job demonstrating professionalism, knowledge while providing a friendly personality. We have purchased two RV's from Dixie RV and their service has always been commendable. I feel that sales relies on service after the sale and that is the very reason we purchased our second RV from them even though we located the exact same model and options at another dealer for a lesser price. Recently had my new Phaeton rigged for towing and while there had one warranty item replaced. They did a super job with the rigging and only had one minor change to make before leaving. They took plenty time to "educate" me on how things worked which I really appreciated. They charged me what they quoted and there was no "extras". Only complaint I had was being able to speak to someone in service to check status. Alex started texting me so that helped. Thanks to Alex and Tod.

Wife and I were verbally abused and cussed by salesman. Wife and I come here to get an idea of the type camper we would like to buy. (Pull behind or coach). Upon entering the main office we told the salesman we would like to explore our options and wanted to check-in before just browsing the lot. One salesman ask us to have seat and let them get some information from us. I let the salesman know we aren't comfortable with giving info or running our credit.
