Alex ***** did a heck of a job on our repairs. He stayed in touch with us thru out the process and delivered me on my requested time. We also had contact today with TODD . Salesman, Skip ******** was excellent. All your staff did an outstanding job. Suggest you have your service expert write up an owner's manual based on exactly how he does his explanation to new owners during thecwalk around. A lot of data provided from an expert would help later if forgotten. Do not make it an official item, but notes to remember for new owners. I would buy it. Have pictures with what he has to saykeep it simple.

Service crew and staff did excellent work in repairing my Jayco rv. Staff kept me updated on service work and parts that were ordered. Appreciate the time spent going over the billing and showing us what was serviced, explaining the whole process. Great job, thanks so much!
