Brought my 2015 Tracer in because the fender kept breaking on it, from the factory it wasn't braced. Alex ***** the service advisor told me they order a new one and brace it for me, about 2 weeks later I brought it back and they put a new fender plus changed the metal on the camper at NO COST while I waited. I've been dealing with Dixie for over 5 years never a bad experience. Wouldn't purchase from anywhere else with the service I get here, thanks again for a job well done!!! ***** *********

Bob and his service Team in Defuniak Springs Florida did a Fantastic job replacing our Fireplace. Without any assistance from Keystone RV and a Great job of researching possible replacements, we now have a new fireplace that we like better than the original. Dixie RV staff was great! We purchased a fifth wheel from the grand bay location. Danny was fantastic, personable, and professional. Tammy was very helpful and professional as well. Really great people and company to work with. We purchased a 2017 Entegra Anthem from Dixie RV, and our salesman, Bobby ****** was really attentive, efficient, and responsive to all our requests and inquiries. Chris taught us all about the operation of our coach during the PDI. Even after taking delivery, we stayed the night on thier lot to follow up with any questions or issues.
