Service Advisor Alex at the Hammond location took care of a major repair on our Avalanche fifth wheel. He was always just a phone call away and helped us navigate what could have been a very stressful situation. Alex was very accommodating, took extra time to answer our questions and his service exceeded our expectations. As large of a dealership as Dixie RV is we always felt like we were their only customers. We have purchased 3 RVs at Dixie and I am confident we will be back for a 4th when the time comes

We had a great experience at Dixie RV Superstores Hammond. From sales, which started several months ago as we went back and forth on what we wanted, to finance to delivery it was all great. No pressure! Can't say enough about the whole team who went out of their way to take care of us and address our concerns and questions. Would recommend Dixie Rv of Hammond to anyone looking to purchase a RV.

Had a few issues with our brand new Jayco that we are really enjoying it's beautiful by the way!! The team at Dixie got the parts ordered and RV fixed and ready to go racing/camping!! The team did an awesome job and we are very pleased thanks To Dixie RV and their team for getting us in an out!!!
