The service Department is the best.... Bob really puts your mind at easy, very knowledgeable makes you feel at home and like part of a Family. This a reliable RV store and would recommend it whether your in need of an repair or just winterizing Dixie RV is the place to call.

I purchased my fifth wheel from Dixie, purchased the Forever Warranty and made one year. I did not have to use Dixie for the yearly annual but choose to because they are who I trust. I cannot say enough about Robert And Chad in Service. I am appreciative to them them both the are in my opinion what a person that represents your company should be! Thanks Guys!!

We went to at least five different RV dealers over the course of 2 1/2 months. Nobody came close to Dixie RV in terms of working with us to find what we did and didn't want.
