Worse RV buying experience ever! Bought a brand new RV and the list of things that don't work is staggering! Trying to drop it off for repair work and we are told we can not drop it on a Sunday because they are closed. No one cares about helping the customers, they are happy to take your money and could care less about service after the sale!

We were very satisfied with all the the nice and knowledgeable people at Dixie. We bought a Jayco camper at a very good price. The service guys installed our hitches and towing package. They also explained everything we needed to know about our new camper. Everyone was so helpful !!

I first went to Dixie RV several months ago and looked at a camper I like. I was give a price in writing what they agreed to sell it to me. I met a salesman at a local RV show last weekend and he told me to call the sales manager at a closer location and I did. I called Keith Boudreaux, the sales manager and he agreed on the price what was given. I told him that I was driving from Lake Charles to Breaux Bridge and he agreed to the price and free delivery. When I got there, on 1/24/20 he told me, he never agreed to the price.... read more

The sales department and the service prep were both phenomenal with their presentation and knowledge of their product! Both departments were able to answer our questions and concerns and could not have done a better job to explain everything about our new Keystone Hideout. Jimmy and Rob along with their support staff should be commended for how they handled our purchase! I really felt like I was being treated at an upper level for customers!

Since I purchased my new 5th wheel at the Houma RV show in February 2019, I have been impressed and extremely satisfied with my salesman Nick ***** and with the sales and service staff at the Hammond facility. I am also very pleased with the help I have received from ordering a new blind that my dog tore up to having a tech talk me through a auto level issue ( from the time I called for assistance, a tech was on the line in less than a minute to help me).
