We had a pleasant buying experience at Dixie RV in Calera, Alabama. AJ was our sales person and was very efficient and knowledgeable. We stopped by for a pop-up camper but AJ matched us up with a brand new diesel pusher for just a little more. :) Trey handled the paperwork in a short time and we were back on the road.

Had our windshield replaced, while there, we realized one a.c. wasn't working properly, they replaced the unit no cost. Trace was fantastic to work with.

Had a power converter fail in our RV. Dixie RV was able to get one overnighted for me so I could make repairs in a very short time frame. Breaux Bridge Parts department was great!!!

Great experience. Really liked the detail of going over the camper.after the purchase. The tech was not in a hurry even though it was a holiday and after closing time
The process was really a lot to take in only one day........especially for seniors. Felt very rushed at the end of orientation. Didn't get a lot of the stuff promised. But over all the best RV shopping we have experienced since the shopping started.
