We have purchased two RVs from Dixie RV. All their personnel provide great service as well as great customer service. We bought our first RV from Levi. We bought our second RV from Heather both are very knowledgeable and very thorough. We were not looking to buy a RV but were coming to the store for a part for our old camper. We noticed a camper with sales banner on it as we pulled in and decided to check on it. When my wife and I checked it out it was just what we had been looking for and at the right price. Salesman Mike T could have not been more knowledgeable or nice and walked us through the process. Defuniak Springs, Florida location, the service department is terrific and after bad experiences in two other locations they made everything right. Technicians are more than competent and Bob ******** Service Manager, is very professional and thorough. The relationship started out with a stumble but the Florida service associates brought everything into stride. I can't thank them enough for all their efforts and attention to making sure we were satisfied customers.
