Purchased a 2020 Tiffin Open Road 36LA. After driving our Tiffin bus for over 20 years we knew we wanted to stay with a Tiffin product. Our experience with Dixie RV was outstanding. Jared Penick was our sales associate and was a pleasure to work with. He went the extra mile to obtain the exact RV we wanted. All of the staff was courteous and thorough in explaining the new features on our motor coach. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. We highly recommend Dixie RV.

Received outstanding service today from Liz & Cody on our yearly Forever Warranty inspection. We have to travel 2 hours from home and they got us in and out in 1 1/2 hours.

Great price. Very friendly staff. Salesman (Dale ****** was very knowledgeable about the units for sale, and was very accommodating to our needs. He helped us make a choice good for us, instead of pushing a more expensive motorhome that we didn't need or want. We bought a new Jayco Greyhawk 29ME February of 2018 at Dixie's Defuniak location. Our previous unit was a Primetime travel trailer we had also purchased at Dixie. Both buying experiences were easy and relaxed. Stan in sales was very helpful and pleasant to negotiate with. I have not found another dealer willing to get close to Dixie's pricing. We were on the road Friday going camping and our front air conditioner went out I call Dixie in Hammond. They told me to come in. When we got there they took the motor home changed the air conditioner and we were on our way. Their service was out standing. We are so satisfied with Dixie. Always putting their customers first. Outstanding service department!!!
