Best service experience at Dixie thus far, thanks to Hutch I was in and out the same day for first time ever for my yearly RV service. This is really important being i live 2hrs away. Thanks again Mr Hitch for your friendliness, sincerity and thoroughness.

I needed service on my motor home for the air conditioner and backup camera system, Ryan in the service department at Dixie in Hammond La arranged for very prompt evaluation, ordering of parts, and repair of both systems. He also kept us updated during the whole process. Ryan and his group were great.

Dixie RV Hammond was very accommodating with my electrical control panel problem in my motor home. Their Express Lane service had me in and out in about 2 hours with the system fully functional on departure. I was involved in the process and learned several new things about the way the control panels work. Overall, I was very satisfied with Dixie's customer service, their work, and appreciate the quick turn around.

This review is for Logan ******* she was so helpful, explained everythign to me and took her doing it. She did not rush through. She smiled all the while we talked. She is funny and a delightful person, Dixie RV needs more Logan's to work for them. She told me what paperwork was my copies and what I needed to send off for my warranty. I want to shout out to the service department today. They take care of our needs and have great customer care. I especially want to thank Grant ********* for his kindness and service at Dixie.
