Heather is a high energy sales person without being pushy at all. We sat with her for an initial 10 minute session to tell her what we thought we were looking for, and then she took us straight to RVs that fulfilled our requirements instead of just trying to sell us something on the lot. When we came back to Florida 2 weeks later to pick up the RV that we chose, everything was ready to go, and all the details were set up exactly as we had discussed. Hands down first class service. I had to bring my RV in to have a slide fixed. The roller had to be ordered; but I was contacted twice a week on status of when the roller was ordered/ received and really fast service on getting me back in road. They went above and beyond
We purchased from Heather in Defuniak and she was great. Answered every question and took care of everything

Dixie RV did a really good job keeping us informed as we went through the process. Rig came back to us cleaner than when we dropped it off. Repairs were done in a timely manner.
