They did some quick warranty work for me and when we picked up the trailer we discovered the inverter was also bad. We told them we needed it that night to stay in. They immediately got on it and had it ready to go in an hour or so. Everyone was very professional and very helpful. Great service. I won't use any other dealer from now on.

Nicholas ***** in Hammond, LA was awesome and went above and beyond to get us a deal we could not refuse. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was courteous, friendly and helpful. No high pressure sales tactics. We had unusual needs and they willingly accommodated us. Highly recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the whole transaction and delivery process went. The paperwork and financing was exactly what was promised. They didn't get really pushy regarding extended warranties or maintenance packages. I was able to stay there in the motorhome for 2 nights and get some of the bugs worked out before heading out. I have no problems recommending Dixie RV to anyone....they are a quality outfit.

Heather at DeFuniak Springs, FL is the go-to salesperson if you are in the market for an RV. She is attentive, available and gives the Impression she is on the customer's side. We bugged her over a week with lots of questions and concerns and she was always responsive. This was our second transaction with Heather and we cannot say enough positive about her work.

The salesperson AJ did not pressure us at all and was very helpful assisting us in Choosing our Coach the gentlemen doing our walkthrough and installing brake controller and hitch was very helpful and answered all of questions. The Gentlemen doing our paperwork also did not pressure us during the signing of our paperwork.All in all a very pleasurable experience.
